Behavioral Based Marketing Work Flow
Behavioral based marketing logic or rules written against available data that define conditions, which warrant action. Simply put…you leverage your data to present your potential and existing customers with the most relevant message and offer.
MAIN TYPES OF BEHAVIORAL BASED MARKETING
Transactional
Based on a customer's action such as a purchase of a product or service or even a sales inquiry without actually making the purchase, which trigger a corresponding marketing communication.
Recurring
Based on details of a consumer's personal profile. A birthday, anniversary, declined services, membership renewal date or scheduled maintenance on an A/C system would trigger an appropriate marketing communication.
Behavioral
Based on changes in a consumer's profile, for example a customer opening a new account, or changes in purchase patterns and and spending levels or account values, a cross-sell or up-sell based on a customer's activity.
Threshold
As a customer reaches a pre-determined threshold, for example: making a deposit over a certain dollar amount or exceeding mileage limits on a leased vehicle. This will trigger the appropriate marketing communications.
OPERATING ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS
Our system incorporates trigger based marketing across multiple channels ensuring the relevant personalized marketing message is delivered by the optimal medium to generate the desired result. Many times it is not just a singular channel but multiple giving the marketer greater branding impressions.
